Abstract
Abstract. In Tomohon has a lot of standing water charging service business where its existence needs to get supervision and coaching as well as permit the legalization of the local city government. As per the data, there are 30 depots Water Refill scattered in Tomohon. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of hygiene sanitation depot on the bacteriological quality of the drinking water refill in Tomohon. This research is an observational study with Cross-sectional study design, data collection by observation and direct interviews using a questionnaire and the results of the examination of water samples in the laboratory BTKL PP Class I Manado. The sample in this research is all the drinking water refill depot totaling 30 depots and 10 raw water sources used by the depot. Results of bacteriological examination of drinking water quality in 30 refill depot depot there were 26 qualified (86.7%) and 4 depots are not eligible (13.3%) and for raw water from the raw water source 10 there are 3 sources of qualified (30%) and 7 raw water source are not eligible (70%). The results of the bivariate analysis using Chi square test showed that there was a significant association between hygiene sanitary processing equipment associated with the bacteriological quality of the drinking water refill with p = 0.035, Hygiene sanitation employees no meaningful relationship with the bacteriological quality of the drinking water refill with p = 0.035, and no significant correlation between the quality of raw water sources with the bacteriological quality of drinking water refill with p = 0.045. The conclusion of this study is the quality of raw water sources, hygiene sanitation and hygiene sanitary processing equipment handlers associated with the bacteriological quality of the drinking water refill in Tomohon. It is recommended to the Department of Health and Social Tomohon to conduct periodic surveillance
